Mission Opportunities
Yes We Can Project
It's with great excitement that I am announcing the overflowing second Yes We Can, Can project! We should all be thankful that we have the opportunity to meet the needs of God's people with our donations. The first Yes We Can, Can contained over 250 pounds of canned meat items which we delivered to the Crossroads Urban Center in November.
I am now looking for an adult to help our youth take the latest items to the Rescue Mission and the Crossroads Urban Center. It should take about an hour, and we can do it anytime in during the day (9:00am-4:00pm) but we do need to do it before Friday. It only takes a short time to get the items in a car and both locations are near downtown. If you have extra time and would like to help out please contact me at 801-558-8076.
This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.

Seasonal Offerings
America For Christ Offering
America for Christ gifts support Christ-centered ministries that are transforming lives across the United States and Puerto Rico-from building new homes on the Gulf Coast and resettling refugees violently driven from their homelands to providing training in evangelism and developing resources that help Children in Poverty.
One Great Hour Of Sharing
Since 1949, Presbyterians have joined with millions of other Christians through One Great Hour of Sharing to share God's love with people experiencing need. Our gifts support ministries of disaster response, refugee assistance and resettlement, and community development that help people find safe refuge, start new lives, and work together to strengthen their families and communities.
White Cross
For many years, American Baptist's "helping hands" have been reaching out to people in need. During World War I, many church women assisted the American Red Cross by providing surgical dressings, bandages, and other medical supplies for U.S. service personnel. In 1919, following the end of the war, two American Baptist women from Cleveland, Ohio organized the "White Cross Service League," channeling the war effort into support for Baptist mission.
World Mission Offering
Your gifts to the World Mission Offering go 100% to support the work of 2,500 short- and long-term missionaries doing work with local partners in 76 countries around the world.
Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering
Since 1935, American Baptists have contributed to special offerings received in their churches for retired ABC ministers and missionaries or their widowed spouses. The Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering (RMMO) was established in 1977. Through this annual offering, American Baptist congregations say thank you in a tangible way to the denomination's retired spiritual leaders.
