Encouraging Personalized Spiritual Growth 
Faith is a journey that lasts an entire lifetime and at First Baptist, we place a high value on helping each other along that journey. We encourage each participant in the church to be engaged in some kind of intentioned spiritual growth opportunity throughout the year. 

We recognize that people are at different places in their journey of faith, so we try to provide opportunities that meet you where you are. We also know that people learn differently. Some enjoy discussion groups; others prefer to on their own. 

Whatever your learning style we are certain that you can find something at First Baptist that will provide the nourishment you need for your journey.

Building Community and Fellowship
One of the most important things we do as a church family is fellowship. Often fellowship is just seen as social events. However, at First Baptist, we see fellowship as creating opportunities for people to connect with others in a deep and meaningful way. 

As we break bread and enjoy each other’s company, we will laugh together, cry together, pray with and for each other, support and nurture one another, and really be that family of God that the church is designed to be.
