Our Staff

First Baptist Church is owned and operated by the membership of the congregation. While we are part of a national denomination, the church itself is totally autonomous. As such, the church runs with people giving of their time, talent and treasure. The laity call the pastor and hire any other staff that are deemed necessary for the church to respond to God’s calling. The pastor is called to equip the congregation for the work of the church, but it is the people in the congregation who ultimately make things happen. There are a number of staff who have been hired to help the church. Meet our top-notch staff.
