About Our Wedding Chapel
The Skaggs Memorial Wedding Chapel was created as a sacred, inclusive space where couples of all faiths and backgrounds can celebrate their marriage in a beautiful, meaningful setting. With seating for up to 115 guests, the chapel offers an intimate atmosphere perfect for both traditional and modern ceremonies. An adjoining reception room and a lovely outdoor courtyard provide ideal spaces for celebrating with family and friends.
Conveniently located in downtown Salt Lake City—just minutes from the University of Utah—the chapel offers easy access for guests and ample on-site parking.

Our Chapel and Services
Our chapel is a stunning stained-glass sanctuary with vaulted ceilings that create a warm, reverent atmosphere for your ceremony. The seating comfortably accommodates your guests, while the adjoining reception and gathering areas offer generous space for celebrating—easily customizable to reflect your personal wedding style and décor.
To enhance your ceremony, we offer the services of a resident organist who can provide a beautiful selection of traditional and contemporary wedding music. They are happy to work with you to select pieces that reflect your love story and set the perfect tone for your special moment.

Bride's Room
Our bridal suite is bright, airy, and elegantly appointed—offering a peaceful and private space for the bride to relax, get ready, and share meaningful moments with friends and family before the ceremony.
In addition, a dedicated groom’s room provides a comfortable space for the groom and wedding party to prepare and gather before the celebration, ensuring both parties enjoy a calm, supportive experience before their walk down the aisle.
